Interpreting

Interpreting is designed to introduce the students to modes of interpreting and principles of interpreting. During the course, the students are given practice to interpret English utterances to Indonesian and vice versa. On completing the course, the students are able to spontaneously interpret a spoken/recorded communication in English into Indonesian and vice versa. This course is offered in Semester 6. The prerequisite courses are Translation I, Translation II, Critical Listening II and Public Speaking

 Mata kuliah ini membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan dan prinsip-prinsip Interpreting yang difokuskan pada kemampuan berbahasa Inggris secara lisan serta kemampuan mendengarkan untuk  menangkap pesan yang diujarkan oleh pembicara.
